A generic \"biggest private bank\" answer is weak.\n- A specific \"what I would add\" tied to the role: for a front-end hire, something about accessibility or performance of the online banking app; for a trainee, a skill or a perspective.\n- Stability and professionalism; dress formally and keep answers concise.\n- Clear expectations about career growth, since the follow-up is \"where do you see yourself in three years here\".",
