"body_md": "## What they ask\n\nFor test and support engineering roles, a written technical exam comes first, followed by interviews with the managers. The exam covers three areas:\n\n- **SQL**: joins, `GROUP BY` with `HAVING`, subqueries, and a query such as \"list customers who have more than one active line and their total monthly charge\".\n- **Linux**: everyday commands (`grep`, `tail -f` on a log, `ps` and `kill`, `chmod` and permissions, `df` and `du`), plus reading a simple shell command and saying what it prints.\n- **Testing basics**: test case design for a login screen, boundary values, equivalence classes, regression vs smoke vs sanity, and the difference between severity and priority in a bug report.\n\nThe manager interviews afterwards are mostly about your experience, availability and how you approach a flaky test.\n\n## What they look for\n\n- Correct SQL on paper, including the difference between `WHERE` and `HAVING`.\n- Comfort with a terminal; candidates who had only used GUIs struggled here.\n- Structured test thinking: a short table of inputs and expected outputs is exactly what they want.",
"follow_ups_md": "- Write the SQL for customers whose latest bill is higher than their average bill.\n- Which Linux command would you use to find which process holds port 8080?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
