"body_md": "## What they ask\nSeveral tracks at the local office end with you standing up and presenting, and the number of rounds is higher than people expect. A graduate programme candidate went through four interviews and two presentations over three months: a recorded HR video interview first, then the manager, then the partner. An experienced hire for an internal role was handed a case study, solved it, and presented the solution. A valuation analyst presented a working model to the partner and a local director in the last interviews.\n\nWhat the presentation rounds contain, for example:\n- A business case given to you in advance or on the day: diagnose the problem, structure the options, recommend one, and present it in ten to fifteen minutes to a manager or partner.\n- Walk us through the model or the deck you prepared, then take questions on every assumption.\n- Why this firm, in the partner round, asked plainly and expected to be answered specifically.\n- For graduates, a second presentation later in the process, often on a different topic from the first.\n\n## What they look for\n- Structure the partner can follow without slides: situation, question, analysis, recommendation, risks.\n- Composure when interrupted; the partner rounds are conversational and they will stop you mid-slide.\n- Consistency between what you present and what you said in earlier rounds, because the same people compare notes.\n- Patience. The graduate candidate waited months and in one case never received a final answer, so keep other applications moving.",
"follow_ups_md": "- What would you cut from your presentation if the partner gives you five minutes instead of fifteen?\n- Which assumption in your case would you test first if you had one more day?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
