"body_md": "## What they ask\nThe HR stage for graduates is a group day rather than a one-to-one interview. Three steps in one session: each candidate introduces themselves to the group, the group is given a task to solve together within a fixed time, and then the group (or each member) presents the result to the HR panel.\n\nReported shape of the task: a small business or planning scenario (for example, prioritise a set of features for a client with a limited budget, or plan the rollout of a system across several sites) where the group must agree on an approach and justify it.\n\nTypical follow-up questions from the panel:\n- Why did your group choose this option over the others?\n- What was your role in the discussion?\n- What would you change if you had ten more minutes?\n\n## What they look for\n- Contribution without dominating: they watch who listens, who structures the discussion, and who pulls quiet members in.\n- Clear, calm presentation in English.\n- Comfort with ambiguity: the task never has enough information, and the point is how you handle that.\n- Self-awareness in the follow-ups: honest about what went badly in the group.",
"follow_ups_md": "- Describe a time you worked in a team where one member did not contribute.\n- How do you handle presenting a decision you personally disagreed with?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
