"body_md": "## What they ask\n\nThe second half of the intern technical call is a conversation, not code: \"explain the four pillars of object-oriented programming, with an example for each in the language you used in the assessment.\"\n\nExpect the interviewer to push on each one:\n\n- **Encapsulation**: why private fields plus getters instead of public fields? When is a getter itself a smell?\n- **Abstraction**: interface vs abstract class in Java or C#. When would you choose one over the other?\n- **Inheritance**: overriding vs overloading, what `super` does, why deep hierarchies hurt, and when composition is the better tool.\n- **Polymorphism**: compile-time vs run-time dispatch, and a concrete case where a base-class reference calls a subclass method.\n\nFor a fresh-grad round they also drift into basics from the same family: what a constructor is, static vs instance members, and how a `Map` or a hash set behaves.\n\n## What they look for\n\n- Definitions that come with a real example, not textbook sentences.\n- Knowing the trade-offs (composition over inheritance, interface segregation) rather than only the vocabulary.\n- Comfort switching between \"what\" and \"why\": if you say \"polymorphism lets us treat objects uniformly\", be ready to show a two-line snippet that does it.",
"follow_ups_md": "- Show an example where inheritance is the wrong choice and composition fixes it.\n- What is the difference between an abstract class with no methods and an interface?\n- How does `equals` and `hashCode` (or `__eq__` and `__hash__`) relate to encapsulation?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
