"body_md": "## What they ask\nA 45 minute conversation with no whiteboard, usually led by the person who collects everyone's feedback and writes the hire recommendation. Candidates still call it the \"Jedi\" round; recruiters do not. After a short introduction you get about 35 minutes of \"tell me about a time\" questions with follow ups. Prompts that come up repeatedly:\n\n- A conflict with a coworker. How did it end?\n- The project you are proudest of, and your specific part in it.\n- The hardest feedback you have received, and what you changed.\n- A project whose requirements were unclear or changed midway. What did you decide, and based on what?\n- A decision you made without complete information.\n- A blocker that threatened a deadline, and what you did personally.\n- Explaining a technical decision to someone non technical.\n\n## What they look for\nSix signals, each probed from a different angle until the interviewer is satisfied: motivation, ownership in ambiguity, delivering results, conflict resolution, growth from feedback, and communication. Concretely:\n- Your actions, not the team's. \"We\" answers are re asked as \"what did you do\".\n- Results with numbers, and a real learning that changed your behaviour afterwards.\n- A conflict with actual disagreement in it, not a story where everyone politely agreed.\n- Honest reflection: what you would change about a recent project is a common closer.\n\nPrepare two stories per signal and keep each answer under five minutes; the interviewer re asks the same question in new words if the signal did not come through. For senior candidates this round alone can decide the level, and a weak one can turn an E5 loop into an E4 offer.",
"follow_ups_md": "- What did the other person do after your conflict was resolved?\n- Which of your stories would your manager tell differently?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
