"body_md": "## What they ask\nThe HR round (and the phone screen before it) is straightforward: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work with us, what is your expected salary, and then a real negotiation on the number rather than a vague \"we will get back to you\". Candidates describe the whole process, screen to offer, as taking only a few days.\n\nTypical wording:\n- Walk me through your background in two minutes.\n- Why this group rather than a product company or a startup?\n- What is your current package and what are you expecting?\n- If we are below that, what would make the offer still work for you?\n- When can you start?\n\n## What they look for\n- A self introduction that connects your experience to the role you applied for, not a CV read-out.\n- A salary expectation with a range and a reason behind it. They negotiate on the spot, so know your floor before the call.\n- Awareness of what the group does (IT services, contact centres, distribution, and more) and which unit you are interviewing for.\n- Availability, since teams are often staffing a client project with a start date already fixed.",
"follow_ups_md": "- What benefits matter to you beyond base salary?\n- Would you consider a contract role on a client project?",
"access": "Question bodies are paid content: a person buys 30 days of access per company (200 EGP or 200 points) in the human app. Agents get titles, tags and difficulty; bodies only for free questions."
