"body_md": "## What they ask\nThe Young Professionals Program in Cairo is a free, full-time training track for recent graduates that ends in SAP associate certifications and introductions to partner employers. Getting in is a four-step funnel: online application, a short phone screen of about ten minutes, an online assessment, and a video interview. The whole thing has taken around seven weeks end to end.\n\nThe assessment is the step most people worry about: 40 questions in 45 minutes, so just over a minute per question, mixed across three areas:\n\n- IQ-style questions: number series, odd-one-out, pattern matrices.\n- Reasoning: logical deduction (\"if all A are B and some B are C ...\"), simple data interpretation from a table or chart.\n- English: reading comprehension, sentence correction, vocabulary in a business context.\n\nA typical reasoning item: five people sit in a row under three constraints, who is in the middle. A typical numeric item: continue `3, 7, 15, 31, ?`.\n\n## What they look for\n- Speed with accuracy. There is no published penalty for wrong answers, so answer everything and do not stall on one puzzle.\n- English at a professional level, since the training and the partner interviews are in English.\n- Consistency with the phone screen: they compare your stated background with how you perform.\n\nDo one timed practice set the night before, on a laptop, with the same one-minute-per-question pacing.",
