Not \"coding all day\".\n- Knowing the program specifics: it is free, full time, a few months long, leads to associate certifications, and the goal is placement with SAP partners and customers in Egypt.\n- Motivation that survives a hard question: why this instead of a graduate developer job.\n- Fluent, confident English, since the interviewer may not be in Egypt.\n\nRead the program page and one job posting for a junior functional consultant before the call.
