IQ and English Online Assessment

What they ask

The graduate pipeline starts with an online assessment that has nothing to do with your track: an IQ section and an English section. After that comes a track assessment (technical questions for the software track, network questions for the infrastructure track, and so on), then an HR day, then the technical interview.

IQ section. Numerical series (find the next number), pattern matching with shapes, logical deductions (if all A are B and some B are C, which statement must be true), quick arithmetic and percentage problems under time pressure.

English section. Reading comprehension on a short business passage, grammar and vocabulary items, and error spotting in a sentence.

Track assessment (software). Multiple choice on programming basics, OOP, SQL and simple algorithm complexity.

What they look for

This stage is a filter, not a ranking. You need a clean pass on both parts to reach the HR day. Practise timed aptitude tests for a few days beforehand; most people who fail do so on time management, not difficulty. The English part is at a comfortable business level and matters because client communication is part of most roles.
