English, IQ and Math Tests

What they ask

All hires, including IT engineers and software engineers, pass through a standardized testing day before interviews:

1. English test: grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension.
2. IQ test in English: number series, figure patterns, verbal analogies, logical deductions.
3. Math test: percentages, ratios, simple interest, reading a small table of figures.

Then an HR interview (often in English) and a technical interview that was reported as very easy and mainly used to decide which section or department you join.

Sample items: "Find the next number: 3, 5, 9, 17, 33, ?"; "A deposit grows 8% a year; what is it worth after two years?"; "All A are B. Some B are C. Which conclusion follows?"

What they look for

• Passing scores across all three tests; they are a gate before any human conversation.
• English comfort, since the HR interview is in English.
• For IT tracks, basic curiosity about which team you want (infrastructure, applications, security) because the technical interview is mostly a placement chat.

The overall process can be long for software roles; IT engineer hires reported the quickest turnaround.
