Group HR Interview

What they ask

Some HR interviews are held online (Zoom or Google Meet) with several candidates in the same session. Each person is asked in turn, in English:

• Your name, college and GPA.
• Why banking, and why this bank?
• A short introduction of your background and any internships.
• What you know about the bank's history and current role in the market.
• Willingness to work at a branch or in a specific governorate.

A separate technical interview follows and was described as straightforward, mostly to assign you to a section.

What they look for

• Confident, concise English in front of other candidates; rambling stands out in a group format.
• Knowing basic facts about the bank (founding, scale, main business lines).
• Flexibility on location and section.
• Professional appearance on camera; treat it like an in-person interview.
