What they ask

The HR conversation at Rabbit is direct and can wrong-foot you. Two questions that candidates report:

You are overqualified for this. Why would you want this job?

How do you handle stress?

The first one is a genuine filter: the company runs on tight margins and long hours, and they want to know you will not leave in three months. The second is normal, but at least one candidate was asked it with an added "as a woman", which is an inappropriate framing. It is worth deciding in advance how you would respond to that calmly.

Also expect the basics: why quick commerce, what you know about the 20-minute delivery model, and what "owning a problem end to end" looked like in your last job.

What they look for

• A non-desperate answer to "overqualified": name something specific in the role or the company stage that you cannot get elsewhere, and show you understand the pace.
• Real examples for stress: a concrete incident, what you did, what changed afterwards.
• Founder-style ownership. The company describes every employee as someone who spots a problem, owns the fix, and follows it through.
• Comfort with an operational, fast-moving environment. Engineers there mention early-morning releases and monitoring, so they probe for that.

If a question crosses a line, you are allowed to redirect: "I will answer the stress question, but the framing does not apply", then give your example.
